What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name and email address, and, if you use Contact us, your message.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to run and protect the site. We use your IP address briefly to stop automated spam on the forms.
This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. It never uses your microphone; the demo plays recorded audio.
How we use it
To reply to your message, and, if you join the waitlist, to tell you about Fonos, including when it becomes available. Waitlist signups are kept in a private spreadsheet only the founders can open. Every update email will let you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Form submissions are delivered to the founders by our email provider (Resend), waitlist signups are stored in Google Sheets, and the site runs on a hosting provider. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to reply to you or keep you updated about Fonos.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from the waitlist, at any time: send us a note through the Contact us form on the home page and we will act on it promptly. California residents have these rights under California law, and we honour them for everyone.
Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing for a browser’s Do Not Track signal to turn off.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
